Code of Conduct

1. Be Kind and Respectful

We treat each other with kindness—always. 🔹 Speak kindly to others and your Guild Master 🔹 No name-calling, teasing, or exclusion 🔹 Respect everyone's space and creativity

2. Share the Spotlight

Everyone deserves a chance to be heard and seen. 🔹 Take turns 🔹 Don’t dominate the conversation 🔹 Cheer others on when they shine

3. Be a Team Player

We succeed when we support each other. 🔹 Collaborate during quests, challenges, or games 🔹 Help new players feel welcome 🔹 Celebrate wins together

4. No Disruptive or Inappropriate Behavior

This includes: 🔹 Verbal disrespect 🔹 Ignoring instructions 🔹 Disrupting the story or group
A respectful reminder is given first—continued behavior may result in removal.

5. Use Tech Respectfully

🔹 Keep usernames and video backgrounds appropriate 🔹 No spamming the chat or links 🔹 Stay on task and in the right virtual room

6. Respect Your Guild Master

Our Guild Masters are here to guide and support. 🔹 Listen when they speak 🔹 Follow instructions during sessions 🔹 Ask for help anytime—it’s why they’re here!

7. Be Creative—But Keep It Considerate

Creativity is encouraged, but: 🔹 No graphic violence or inappropriate content 🔹 Avoid offensive character names, storylines, or jokes 🔹 Keep the group’s comfort in mind

8. No PvP Without Group Consent

🔹 No PvP is allowed in any D&D club 🔹 PvP in VR or video games is allowed only with full group and Game Master approval 🔹 If PvP causes conflict, it will be paused or removed

9. If There’s a Problem...

We give players a chance to reset behavior, but: 🔹 First: A gentle reminder 🔹 Then: Possible removal from the session 🔹 If necessary: We’ll contact a parent/guardian to help resolve things
