Getting Started

Guild of Imagination Weekly Clubs are small-group, online experiences where kids meet once a week for 50–90 minutes of guided play. Led by trained Guild Masters, each session is designed to build lasting friendships, boost confidence, and foster teamwork through storytelling, games, and creative challenges.

You can choose from three unique club types:

  • 🧙 Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) – collaborative fantasy storytelling and adventure

  • 🎮 Virtual Reality (VR) – immersive exploration and social play in curated VR worlds

  • 🕹️ Video Games – moderated gaming clubs focused on connection, sportsmanship, and strategy

Our clubs go beyond “just playing a game.” Kids will:

  • Make real, lasting friendships in a safe space

  • Learn to communicate, collaborate, and solve problems

  • Gain confidence through weekly social experiences

  • Build leadership, creativity, and emotional resilience

  • Have something fun and meaningful to look forward to each week!

Each club is intentionally small—usually 1–9 players. This ensures every child gets attention, feels heard, and has space to contribute and connect.

Clubs meet once a week for:

  • Dungeons & Dragons: 90 minutes

  • VR Clubs: 50–90 minutes (depending on the program)

  • Video Game Clubs: 50–90 minutes

You’ll see the exact session length listed on each club’s page.

We currently offer weekly clubs for kids and teens ages 8–17, grouped by age range:

  • Ages 8–10 (Younger)

  • Ages 11–13 (Middle)

  • Ages 14–17 (Teen)

We keep peer groups close in age to help kids feel comfortable and connect easily.

All sessions are run by our expert Guild Masters—trained professionals who specialize in working with kids and creating engaging, inclusive experiences. They lead the game, guide interactions, and make sure every child feels supported and encouraged.

Logistics & Scheduling

Each club meets once a week, on the same day and time. That consistency helps kids build routine, feel connected to their group, and look forward to showing up each week.

No worries—life happens! Just let us know ahead of time if you can. While we don’t offer makeups, we do provide a 50% refund after the session takes place with 24-48 hours notice. Your child can jump right back in the next week and keep the story or game going. Game Masters are great at helping kids reconnect quickly.

Absolutely. Whether your child wants to try something new, switch time slots, or move into an older age group, we’re happy to help. Just reach out and we’ll find the right fit—quick and easy. There may be a price difference which you'll need to accept before transferring.

Technology & Setup

Here’s what you’ll need depending on the type of club:

  • Dungeons & Dragons & Video Game Clubs:
A laptop or desktop with a webcam, microphone, and internet access. Headphones are recommended for the best experience. If it's a Video Game Club you'll need a copy of the video game, as well.

  • Virtual Reality (VR) Clubs (like Gorilla Tag):
A Meta Quest headset and a solid Wi-Fi connection. You'll also need a laptop or desktop with a webcam, and microphone.

We use Pencil Spaces for our live video sessions—a secure, browser-based platform designed for learning and play. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require any downloads.

For VR clubs and certain video games, we provide private, moderated servers to keep things safe and structured.

For Dungeons & Dragons, no extra purchases are needed—we provide everything your child needs to jump right into the adventure.

For VR and Video Game Clubs, your child will need a copy of the game being played.

  • Some games are free to download, like Gorilla Tag.

  • Others may require a one-time purchase, depending on the club.

We’ll let you know exactly what’s needed when you sign up, and we’re always happy to help you get set up!

We get it—technology can be tricky sometimes. If you have trouble logging in, hearing audio, or connecting to the game, our support team is here to help. Just shoot us a message and we’ll walk you through it.

And if tech issues ever interrupt a session, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Safety & Support

Safety is our top priority. Every session is:

  • Live and fully moderated by a trained Game Master

  • Hosted on secure, private platforms (no strangers or public lobbies)

  • Designed with small group sizes so every child is seen and supported

  • Guided by our code of conduct focused on kindness, inclusion, and respect

We also group clubs by age range to help kids feel comfortable and connect with peers.

Guild Masters are our trained and background-checked facilitators who lead each session with energy, empathy, and experience. They’re experts at helping kids feel welcome, stay engaged, and work together—whether they’re navigating a fantasy world or solving a puzzle in VR.

All Guild Masters have experience in online safety, positive group dynamics, and how to support neurodiverse learners.

If a child is struggling to follow the rules or disrupting the group, we always respond with compassion first. Our Guild Masters are trained to gently redirect, support positive behavior, and reach out to parents when needed.

In rare cases where a child continues to negatively impact the group, we’ll work with you to find the best next steps—including switching clubs, pausing sessions, or offering a refund if needed.

We encourage independence, but you're always welcome to listen in nearby during a session—especially the first one. Most kids do best when they have space to engage with the group on their own, but we understand every family is different.

If you ever have questions or want updates on how your child is doing, we’re always just an email away.

Pricing & Policies

Most clubs are $19 to $39 per session, depending on the length and type of club. Some VR and video game clubs are slightly shorter and priced accordingly.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee after your child’s first session if it’s not the right fit. No hassle, no pressure—we want you to feel great about your experience with us.

All weekly clubs auto-renew every Sunday to reserve your child’s spot for the upcoming week. You can cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid being charged.

This flexible setup means your child keeps their place in the group week after week—no need to rebook manually.

Yes! Clubs are billed week-to-week, and you can cancel at any time with no long-term commitment. You stay in control—only keep the club if it’s working for your family.
