Start with fit

The goal is not to force a hobby. It is to find the right group.

Some kids come alive when the room is built around stories, games, strategy, creativity, or shared worlds. The Guild turns those interests into a small, guided social space.

01

Is this good for a brand-new player?

Yes. Kids do not need to arrive as experts. A Guild Master explains the setup, keeps the next step clear, and helps new players find a comfortable way to join in. After the first session, if your family is not satisfied, contact us and we will provide a full refund.
02

What if my child is nervous or overwhelmed?

That is common, especially in a new group. Kids can listen first, warm up at their own pace, and get help from a Guild Master when they are ready to participate.
03

How do you keep sessions safe?

Sessions are recorded, Guild Masters are background-checked yearly, and kids are not allowed to exchange personal identifying information during Guild activity.
04

What tech does my child need?

Most online clubs need stable internet and a device that can join video. Some game or VR clubs may need specific game access, accounts, or gear. The quiz helps us check that before matching your family.
05

What happens if my child misses a session?

If you give us 48 hours of notice and your child does not attend, we can issue the refund after the scheduled session takes place. Missed sessions without proper notice are not refundable.
06

Can we pause or cancel future enrollment?

Yes. You can contact us to pause future enrollment and stop future charges. Pausing does not save your child’s seat. If you want to cancel future enrollment, send us a note with your child’s name, club, and when you want the change to begin.
07

What ages are Guild clubs built for?

Most Guild clubs are built for ages 8 to 17. Kids should be able to read so they can follow prompts, understand choices, and participate with the group.
08

How do I choose the right club?

Start with the Adventure Finder Quiz. It helps us look at your child’s interests, comfort level, experience, schedule, and available setup before suggesting a first path.
