How do I choose the right club?
Start with the Adventure Pass Quiz. Tell us about your child's interests, experience, comfort level, schedule, and available setup. We use those details to help you find a compatible club instead of asking you to choose blindly.
First sessions
Is this welcoming for a brand-new player?
Yes. Kids do not need to arrive as experts. Their Guild Master explains the setup, keeps the next step clear, and gives new players a comfortable way to join the group.
Joining in
What if my child feels nervous at first?
That is completely understandable in a new group. Kids can listen first, warm up at their own pace, and get help from their Guild Master when they are ready to participate.
Safety
How do you keep sessions safe?
Sessions are recorded, Guild Masters complete yearly background checks, and children may not exchange personal identifying information during Guild activities. Read more on our Safety and Community page.
Technology
What technology does my child need?
Most clubs require stable internet and a device for video. Video game and VR clubs may require specific accounts, software, or equipment. The Adventure Pass Quiz checks these details before we suggest a club.
Ages
What ages are Guild clubs designed for?
Most Guild clubs are designed for ages 8 to 17. Children should be able to read well enough to follow prompts, understand choices, and participate with their group.
Attendance
What happens if my child misses a session?
Attendance and refund options depend on the notice provided and the club's policy. Review our Cancellation and Refund Policy, or contact support with the club time, session date, and when notice was given.
Enrollment
Can we pause or cancel future enrollment?
Yes. Contact support with your child's name, club, and the date you want the change to begin. Pausing stops future charges but does not reserve the child's seat in the group.
