Safety and Community

A welcoming online club starts with thoughtful guidance.

Every Guild of Imagination club is a small, guided group with a Guild Master leading the room, clear community expectations, and a team parents can contact when questions come up.

What parents can expect

You are never left guessing.

From the first match to the weekly follow-up, the Guild keeps the adults informed while the kids get room to play.

01 · MATCH

We choose thoughtfully.

Age, interests, experience, schedule, and group fit all matter before a child joins.

02 · GUIDE

A Guild Master leads.

They welcome the group, set expectations, and keep the adventure moving together.

03 · SHARE

Parents stay informed.

Families receive a first-session recap, regular updates, and a clear point of contact.

Guidance you can see

Parents know who is leading.

Guild Masters welcome each child, set the tone, and guide the activity from start to finish. Parents know who is leading and have a direct way to ask questions.

Small enough to notice

Small groups make room for every player.

Small groups give Guild Masters room to notice who is ready to jump in, who needs a clearer invitation, and when the whole party needs a reset.

A more natural first hello

Shared interests give the group somewhere to begin.

A thoughtful match means a child can arrive with something to talk about, build, explore, or imagine together. The Guild Master helps turn that common ground into shared play.

The Guild's promises

Simple rules. Clearly kept.

Children should know what is expected. Parents should know what the Guild does to support the room.

Questions are welcome

Parents have a real person to ask.

A few direct answers to what families most often want to know before joining.

What ages are the clubs for?

Guild clubs are designed for ages 8 to 17. Players should be able to read and follow the prompts used in their session.

Can I ask about the group first?

Yes. The Adventure Pass Quiz gives us context about your child, and parents can contact the Guild with questions.

What if my child needs time?

Guild Masters offer clear, low-pressure ways to participate while a player warms up to the group.

What if something concerns me?

Contact the Guild team. We want parents to raise questions early so we can understand and respond appropriately.

A low-risk first step

Let us help find a group that fits your child.

New families can try their first four weeks for $7 total. We help with the match, their child experiences the group, and normal club pricing begins only if the family chooses to continue.
