This Privacy Policy explains how Guild of Imagination LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information for online clubs, booking, support, parent communication, community spaces, and recorded sessions.

Parents stay in control of children’s information.

Our programs serve kids ages 8 to 17. For children under 13, we collect personal information only with parent or guardian consent, except where COPPA allows a limited exception.

That includes helping families register, join sessions, receive updates, manage support questions, support safety, and keep guided online play clear.

We collect information families provide during registration, booking, support, parent communication, club participation, and account management.

Live sessions may be recorded for safety, missed-session access, support, quality review, and parent follow-up. Recordings may include a child’s image or voice.

We use trusted tools for hosting, booking, payments, email, video conferencing, support, community, analytics, and online club delivery.
