Family schedules shift. Here is how refunds, planned absences, missed sessions, and enrollment pauses work for Guild of Imagination online clubs.
First-session guarantee

Try the first session with confidence.

After your child’s first session, if your family is not satisfied, contact us. We will provide a full refund.
This guarantee is for your child’s first session with us. For future sessions, the absence and pause policies below apply.

If your family is not satisfied after your child’s first session, contact us for a full refund.

Planned absence

If you give the required notice and your child does not attend, we refund 50% of that day’s payment after the session takes place.

Pause enrollment

You can pause future enrollment so you are not charged while paused. Pausing does not save your child’s seat.
Planned absences

Tell us before the session.

We can offer a partial absence refund when we have enough notice and your child does not attend the session. Refunds are processed after the session takes place.
D&D clubs

48 hours notice

Give us at least 48 hours notice before a D&D absence. If your child does not attend, we will refund 50% of the payment for that day after the session takes place.
Video game and VR clubs

24 hours notice

Give us at least 24 hours notice before a video game or VR absence. If your child does not attend, we will refund 50% of the payment for that day after the session takes place.

A few important notes.

If your child attends

If your child joins the session, that session is not eligible for an absence refund, even if they leave early.

Late notice or no notice

If notice is sent after the required window, or if your child misses without notice, that session is not eligible for an absence refund.

Pausing enrollment

You may pause enrollment for a future break so you are not charged while paused. Pausing does not reserve your child’s current seat.

Canceling future billing

You may cancel future billing from your parent account. Canceling stops future charges, but it does not automatically refund past sessions or missed sessions.

Tech and setup

Your child needs stable internet and any required game access before club time. If you are unsure what is needed, contact us before the session.

Marketplace purchases

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace’s refund rules may apply. Contact us and we will point you to the right place.
